TetraMap - An Adventure into the Nature of Behaviour
The event is designed to increase understanding of your own and others behaviour. It will provide memorable learning tools and techniques that are simple to recall and easy to apply.

You will see the instant impact of TetraMap by undertaking an activity called ‘Why Are You Like That?’, designed to increase awareness of the importance of valuing difference and diversity in a wide range of corporate and personal situations.
The presenter, Lyn Creasey is a Human Resource Consultant and Trainer. After 20 years experience in the corporate environment, in 2002 Lyn established LYNC HR Ltd, a consultancy specialising in assisting in all aspects of People Strategies. She works extensively with clients initiating human resource policies and training managers and employees in the best practice use of legislative requirements. Lyn is a skilled facilitator and Fellow of the CIPD. She has incorporated TetraMap’s holistic philosophies and strategies into client workshops, and is a Certified Master Facilitator for TetraMap programmes. www.lynchr.co.uk
